These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hartman Trailer Rentals website and your rental of equipment from Hartman Trailer Rentals LLC, doing business as Hartman Trailer Rentals. By accessing this website or renting from us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the website and our services immediately.
For the purposes of these Terms:
Hartman Trailer Rentals offers the rental of trailers to the public. Rentals are non-refundable and cannot be returned for a refund.
A deposit may be required to reserve a trailer. Deposits will be returned to you provided the trailer is returned without damage and with no equipment missing. The credit card provided when the rental agreement is signed may be charged for any damages if not otherwise paid by the renter.
The renter is responsible for any damage to the trailer that occurs during the rental period, unless optional damage coverage is elected by the renter when the rental agreement is executed.
Trailers are available on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific trailer at any given time.
To rent a trailer, the renter must provide:
A completed trailer rental agreement and a signed damage-insurance election/decline form are required at the time of rental. A minimum rental period of 24 hours applies.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
Hartman Trailer Rentals LLC, with Hartman Trailer Rentals as DBA, operates an SMS messaging program. By opting in, you consent to receive SMS notifications, alerts, and occasional marketing messages from us. Message frequency varies and will not exceed 20 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

The Service and all equipment are provided to you "as is" and "as available," with all faults and defects and without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Service or the equipment.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or to update these Terms, at any time and without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website, the Service, or the equipment. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
